Save the date: DROM on June 15th 2025

On Sunday June 15th, DROM will make its debut at Theater de Regentes. This special production features global dancers from The Netherlands

DROM is a breathtaking dance production directed by Cristiane Azem. DROM means 'journey' or 'path' in Romani. This performance tells the impressive story of the long journey of the gypsies from Rajasthan (India) through Persia, Turkey, Central Europe, Egypt and France, before settling in Spain. By combining dance and visual arts, we celebrate the rich cultural heritage of the Roma and their influence on world dance.
