Rehearsals DROM have started!

Rehearsals for the dance production DROM have already started! After the kick-off last March, the dancers are busy rehearsing for the performance that will take place on Sunday 15 June in Theater de Regentes.

DROM is a breathtaking dance production directed by Cristiane Azem. DROM means 'journey' or 'path' in Romani. This performance tells the impressive story of the long journey of the gypsies from Rajasthan (India) through Persia, Turkey, Central Europe, Egypt and France, before settling in Spain. By combining dance and visual arts, we celebrate the rich cultural heritage of the Roma and their influence on world dance.
